So what is
FPC you may ask? It all started with a couple of young, up and coming drunks who grew up in a land that was not quite
known for its outstanding night life. They decided to embark on a quest that would take them to all corners of the county
and drop in to watering holes that were not part of their usual weekend nights out. But why drink alone? Answer,
we shouldn’t. We need to involve others in this not so great idea. We also need a way do get around.
These original crawlers were long on ideas but short on resources, but they proceeded anyway. “Let’s get
a limo, or better yet a bus” “How bout a point system”. With a borrowed Expedition and a designated
driver, 8 brave lads set out to find the toothless, legless, and filthy folks that populate some legendary watering holes.
That small effort gave birth to what we have today. Many a head have been turned upon entering these fabled places.
Most just turn back to their brew and think nothing of it, some revel, and yet others scoff. No matter the reaction,
the crawlers always enjoy. Now 3 years later a vision has been realized. Armed with a 56 passenger bus and a group
of people who have no idea what they are getting themselves into, FPC IV is showing major potential. Hell, there is
even a website, who’d a thunk it!! As with Pub Crawls in the past we always look to improve. Suggestions
are accepted and usually considered. In close, we tend to look forward to the Pub Crawl because we have usually blacked
out and forgot about the last one. Good luck and God Speed |
